TAGUIG – The Institute for Labor Studies (ILS), together with the International Labor Organization (ILO), held discussions with SN Aboitiz Power (SNAP) and with the Aboitiz Group on 09 November 2023 as part of the updating of the National Green Jobs Human Resource Development Plan 2020-2030 and in support of the preparations of the Philippine delegation to the upcoming 28th Conference of the Parties (COP 28) climate negotiations.
