PASAY CITY — The Institute for Labor Studies (ILS) conducted a key informant interview with representatives from the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA) Foreign National Unit on 14 April 2025 in Pasay City, as part of its ongoing research titled “Technology and Skills Transfer through the Understudy Training Program (UTP) and Skills Development Program: Good Practices and Lessons Learned.”

QUEZON CITY – The Institute for Labor Studies (ILS), through its Gender and Development (GAD) Committee, conducted a learning session on Civil Service Commission (CSC) Resolution No. 2100064 – amending key provisions of the 2017 Rules on Administrative Cases in the Civil Service (RACCS)—in line with Republic Act No. 11313 or the Safe Spaces Act.
